Steeped in versatility, Stella’s musicality is evident in her delivery of jazz ballads to rock classics, diva hits to the most engaging pop tunes of today. Committed to her role as a musician and entertainer, she exudes excellence and professionalism at every event.
Stella McCoy has been a musician all her life. Growing up in a musical family with both parents as professional musicians, music was everywhere, leading to many opportunities that developed her unique voice and performance skills. Since 2013, Stella has performed in duos, trios and bands across many of Sydney’s live performance venues, clubs and private functions.
Between 2017 and 2020, Stella performed regularly on P&O Australia cruise ships with the Highly Strung Rock and Roll Orchestra. The band became a household name in the Australian cruise industry and were invited to perform on P&O’s inaugural cruise out of Sydney after the 2020 pandemic.
In 2023, Stella joined the Australian ABBA tribute show, Abbalanche as Frida, performing in Sydney’s premier venues and biggest clubs.
Stella has obtained a Bachelor of Music in performance from the Australian Institute of Music as well as a Master of Secondary Music Teaching from UNSW; a testament to her passion for sharing her love of music with others.
